4. Was your bill equal to or less than you were quoted? Had a coupon for free service, so bill was $0
5. Other Comments: I honestly can't say enough good things about Northtown. I was actually going to write a letter thanking you all for the wonderful service we received. We brought our 3 children with us, and the two older kids each got a muffin from the waiting room, requested a movie in the theater. My little 3 year old boy spent a long time just watching the cars in the service bay through the glass walls, then he found the toy trucks in the waiting room and spend quite a bit of time servicing them, lol. Then they both got popcorn for the road and while we were waiting to get our paperwork at the service desk, someone brought out nerf-like rocket launchers for them. They were ecstatic! They didn't want to leave. Our service visit was followed by a trip to the park where they played with their rockets for over an hour. I can honestly say we had a wonderful family day thanks to Northtown! A movie in a mini theater, snacks, toys, and more than friendly helpful staff! I still can't stop talking about our experience to family and friends! Thank you so much!

My visits are always wonderful and the service excellent. I really appreciate how nice and friendly everyone is and the quality of service. And of course, I love your movie theater, tv room, and office space !
I have been coming to Northtown since 1993, and while I have always lived almost an hour away from you, there is nowhere else I would go for service or for buying a vehicle. I drive a lot for work, and so I have always been in for routine service a lot. Chris Sledewski (spelling ?) has been my mechanic throughout that whole time so he has always known my cars well .... and he, along with Jason Miller as service manager, have always taken good care of me and my cars ... to me they're perfect, and I trust them and know they are always honest with me. They also put up with all the mice idiosyncrasies of my cars, are creative in helping with my mice issues, and have a great sense of humor :-) Humor is important, as is a trusting relationship :-)
You are a wonderful dealership made wonderful by those who work there. I recommend you to everyone looking for a car, even strangers, and I made sure my neighbor bought her vehicle from you. I always find everyone I encounter there friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciate that. I also like that you are animal lovers as my dog has often been there with me over the years, and it seemed everyone loved dogs :-) Yes, even that is important to me :-)
Life ~ and business ~ is really about relationships. Relationships make the glue that keeps people coming back again and again. And it is good people working throughout every aspect of a business who cement those relationships. And so I value all of you, and thank you for all you have done for me over the years and making the car part of my life easy :-)
And so I answer this I guess not just for this most recent visit, but as a thank you for all my visits past and future :-)
